There are many companies and organizations geared towards trying to help, prevent, and completely eradicate the issue of ocean pollution. Project AWARE works to reduce the impacts of marine debris and get rid of them by taking volunteer divers out and having them collect any trash they find while diving. The Ocean Cleanup places "artificial coastlines" in different places throughout our Oceans and uses the natural energy from currents to catch debris and plastics floating on the waters surfaces.  Sailors for the Sea provide helpful tips and resources for boaters and sailers to help them run clean regattas and have a more environmentally friendly boat ride. They also have lesson programs for children to help educate them on Ocean pollution and have them become the generation that puts an ends to Ocean pollution forever.
